Wiza review (2026): strong coverage on every input we tested
Wiza turns LinkedIn and Sales Navigator lists into emails and phone numbers, and its API was among the strongest on most of our contact tests. Email lookups are slow, and plans are priced per user.
pipe0 buys data from Wiza and uses it in its waterfalls. The scores come from our own benchmark, not from that relationship. How we review
Our score for Wiza, the average of four criteria
One of the most consistent contact data APIs we tested, strong from LinkedIn URLs and from names and domains, with cheap API credits and an MCP server. Email reveals take seconds to minutes.
Best for
- Sales teams that prospect in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Developers who want one API for emails, personal emails, and phones
- Waterfalls that need a cheap, broad first provider
Skip it if
- You need a work email back in under a second
- Your team is large and few people need data
- You need company signals rather than contact details
Export a Sales Navigator search or a LinkedIn profile with the Chrome extension and get emails and phones back. A free plan to start.
73% on name and domain lookups, 66% on mobiles and work emails, and level with the best on personal email in our benchmark.
API credits are cheap, about 5 cents an email and 12.5 cents a phone. App plans are per user, and credits don't roll over.
An async API with webhooks and an MCP server with OAuth. Work email reveals average about 25 seconds, so plan for polling.

Compared with

97%91 of 94
Wiza and Fiber AI returned the same mobile number for 91 of 94 people.

vs Surfe
74%73 of 98
Wiza and Surfe returned the same mobile number for 73 of 98 people.
- On personal email, Wiza and Forager tied for the most found, 52% each.
- Name and domain are derived from each signup email, so that test measures finding a person's address format, not finding the company.
- Samples are small, 100 to 150 records per test, so treat a few points of difference as noise.
- The LinkedIn profile set passed one vendor's resolvability filter, so absolute rates run higher than on a typical list. Comparisons between providers stay fair.
- The signup set is real pipe0 signup emails with no vendor involved in choosing them, a harder and more realistic population than the profile set.
- Agreement is the share of results that match what other providers returned for the same person. It is a proxy for accuracy, not ground truth.

What is Wiza?
Wiza started as the tool that turns a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search into a spreadsheet of emails, and that is still how most of its 50,000-plus business customers use it. Export a search, a lead list, or a Recruiter project, or open a profile with the Chrome extension, and Wiza adds work emails, personal emails, and up to three mobile numbers per person.
Underneath is an API that does the same from a LinkedIn URL, a name and a company domain, or an email address, plus an MCP server for agents.
Consistent where others aren't
Most contact providers are good at one input and weak at another. Wiza was strong on most of them in our benchmark. Given the names and company domains of 100 real pipe0 signups, it found a work email for 73. From 120 LinkedIn profiles it found 66% of work emails, and from 150 profiles it found 65% of mobile numbers. On personal email, it tied for first at 52%.
That consistency is why it runs first in pipe0's default mobile and work email waterfalls. When Wiza and Fiber both found a mobile number for the same person, they matched 91 times out of 94.
Speed: fast phones, slow emails
Wiza verifies emails in real time instead of serving them from a cache, and that costs time. Its own docs put an average work email reveal at about 25 seconds, sometimes several minutes. Phone numbers are a different story: in our test they came back in a median of 3 seconds, faster than Surfe at 4.4 seconds and Amplemarket at 18.6.
The API is asynchronous for that reason. You start a reveal and either poll for the result or give Wiza a webhook to call.
What it costs
There are two ways to pay. App plans are per user: a free plan with 20 emails and 5 phones, Starter at $49 a user per month, and Email + Phone at $199, or $166 billed annually for unlimited reveals with 2,500 bulk exports a month. Monthly credits reset on the billing date.
The API has its own credits at 2.5 cents each. An email costs 2 credits and a phone 5, so about 5 and 12.5 cents, charged only when Wiza finds something. For a developer or an agent, that is one of the lower prices in the market.
Wiza and pipe0
We buy data from Wiza. It runs first in pipe0's default mobile and work email waterfalls, chosen on price and the coverage above, with Surfe and Crustdata behind it for the people it misses.
Who should buy Wiza
Buy Wiza if your team prospects in Sales Navigator, or if you need one API that finds emails, personal emails, and phones from whatever input you have.
Look elsewhere if you need an email back in under a second, or if a large team needs data but only a few people would use a seat.
Wiza pros and cons
Pros
Consistent across inputs
From a name and domain, Wiza found 73 of 100 work emails. From LinkedIn profiles, it found 66% of work emails and 65% of mobiles, and tied for first on personal email.
Cheap API credits
API credits cost 2.5 cents each: 2 per email and 5 per phone, so about 5 and 12.5 cents, and nothing is charged when no data is found.
Built around Sales Navigator
Export a search or list from Sales Navigator or Recruiter, or reveal one profile with the Chrome extension, and enrich it in place.
Fast phone reveals
Mobile numbers came back in a median of 3 seconds in our test, faster than the two highest-coverage phone providers.
Cons
Slow email reveals
Wiza says a work email reveal averages about 25 seconds and can take several minutes, because it verifies in real time.
Per-user plans
App plans are priced per user, from $49 a month, and monthly credits reset on the billing date without rolling over.
Unlimited has a cap
Annual plans advertise unlimited emails, but bulk list exports stop at 2,500 a month.
API access is separate
The API runs on its own credit pool, bought separately from the app plans, and only the Team plan lists API access.
Wiza pricing
